This is me…
I grew up in a non-cooking house…most of the time we ate out. After college, I decided to explore a culinary career and have been regularly cooking as often as possible. I have worked in a number of different restaurants, starting as a lowly salad chef working my way on up to the head chef of a fine dining bistro. I have also done catering work for private parties and even whip up treats for the dogs on occasion! I really just love to cook…any setting or circumstance will do.
